Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using FastTally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Duru Apps ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the FastTally mobile application ("App" or "Service").
FastTally is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. By creating an account or using FastTally, you confirm that:

FastTally is a mobile application designed to help users track fasting days, manage Ramadan fast debt, record makeup fasts, and visualize their fasting progress through calendar-based interfaces and statistics.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that FastTally will always be available, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We recommend using our data export feature regularly.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DURU APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by law.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Duru Apps individually. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Duru Apps regarding FastTally and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use or export FastTally in violation of any applicable laws.
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
